Memorials
When someone we love passes away, it can be important for us to have a funeral to celebrate their life and then some form of memorial so we can continue to visit, think and reflect on that loved one during the years to come. Many people choose the crematorium where the funeral was held, to house the memorial of their choice and we know that these can be of great comfort to families and friends when they visit. We’ve many different options for memorials at Thames View and we’re happy to discuss these with you at any time. Alternatively, you may prefer to have a scattering of ashes on one of our three dedicated scatter lawns, all with beautiful views over-looking the river.
Making your choice of memorial
At Thames View we’re very happy to offer an extensive range of memorials and we are always happy to discuss these options in detail with you. Memorial options include, but are not limited to, above ground sanctum vaults, garden benches, rose gardens, granite boulders and featured trees. All of these can be placed in areas of the main gardens or in the stunning waterside area of the garden, overlooking the pond and the river, where you can also have standard or deluxe wall plaques.
We also offer entries into our Book of Remembrance, Memorial Cards and Booklets.

Paying for a memorial
To help with your budgeting, we are proud to be partnered with Funeral Safe; a specialist credit company, supporting funeral and memorial purchases with finance options from 1 - 5 years to suit your needs. They are fully FCA regulated and this can be used for part or all of your purchase.
How do I check if its for me?
Please feel free to speak to our staff for more detailed information by telephoning or visiting the crematorium. There is also an Eligibility Check button below which will take you to the Funeral Safe website to allow you to consider affordability. It only takes a few seconds to check and you may wish to do this before you speak to our staff or alternatively we will be happy to do this with you when you visit the crematorium.
